4:47pm. The drive home.

Tuesday afternoon. Brad wraps up a service in Salisbury. Before he heads home, he opens the app and calls Wired.

Add Sarah at 14 Wattle Crescent as a new customer. Job notes: topped up the gas, replaced the filter.FergusCustomer added, site logged, job created with notes attached.

How am I tracking on the P&L this quarter? And who owes me money?XeroP&L pulled, three invoices overdue, $4,800 outstanding.

Brad pulls into the driveway in Lewiston. Six minutes. The laptop stays shut tonight.

I used to dread Sunday admin. Now it's done by the time I park up.

A brain for your business.

ChatGPT has never read your jobs, your invoices, your threads. Wired has read all of them. So when you ask, it answers from your numbers, not generic ones.

Questions, answered.

No. Wired sits on top of the tools you already run. It currently reads and writes to Fergus, ServiceM8, Xero, QuickBooks, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Tasks and Apple Calendar. Tradify, MYOB, Outlook and supplier integrations like Reece, Tradelink and Bunnings are on the roadmap. Nothing to rip out, nothing to migrate.
About 10 minutes. You sign up, then connect the apps you actually use. Most are a one-tap Google or Microsoft sign-in. Fergus and ServiceM8 need a single API key pasted in, and the app walks you through where to find it. After that you call Wired and start working.
Wired reads important actions back to you before doing them. Sending an invoice, booking a job, creating a new customer. You confirm with a yes or no, in the same call. Every action Wired takes is logged so you can scroll back later and see exactly what happened, when, and to which job.
Every call and every text chat is saved to your conversation history inside the Wired app. You can scroll back through the transcript, see which tools Wired called, and which records changed in Fergus, Xero or wherever. If a customer asks when you booked something in, you have the receipt.
Yes. Your customer data stays in your existing apps. Wired never owns it. The service is hosted in Australia and all calls are encrypted in transit. Wired does not sell your data and does not train AI models on your job data. If you cancel, your data stays where it always was, in your own Fergus, Xero and Gmail accounts. There is nothing to export, because Wired never had a copy.
Wired runs as a voice call inside the app. You tap to start the call. You talk the way you'd talk to a mate who knows your jobs, and Wired reads back anything important before acting on it. Voice in, work done. Works on the drive home, on the tools, or sitting in traffic.
Yes. Solo tradies are exactly who Wired is built for. The whole point is removing the admin staff you don't have: no afternoon paperwork, no Sunday catch-up, no chasing invoices from the couch at 9pm.
